    G’day Brad,
Sorry I haven’t replied to your message. As you know my Mum was in hospital and now all of us have got a terrible bug.

Yes you can put the setting to “link”. Now what that means is that it won’t show up in searches or on my home page. So all you need to do to share it is ether copy the html code and put it on your blog or you can email the link to who you want to share it with. We will have to figure out a time and I will help you put it on there.

Well I see how I go. If I am not up to the army standard I will do it again, but this is the easy one there are two more after this one.

Well if it works out my Dad will be coming to Manjimup the same day you are coming through and if he gets here early enough you might be able to meet him.

    Talk soon :)

Hey Jayden, That’s fine, you guys seem to be sick a fair bit. Hope you all get well soon.

Ok that sounds great thanks :) Only thing is that I am not going to be able to do it for a while now, because we came up to Jurien Bay yesterday to do a bit of work on our house, and we only brought one of our laptops with us, which doesn’t have the movie on it. But I think we should be back home in two weeks.

Haha, so you’re going to do the other two as well?. Do you just do all the exercises at your home or do you go somewhere to do them?

      Talk soon

    G’day,
Well if you dont won’t any one to see the video on YouTube you can set it up so that only people on your blog can see it. Or you get set it to a private setting.(I hope I am not sounding pushy, I just thought I would let you know that you can change the settings). :)

I am on week 2. Today I had to run 1.8km. Then tonight I have to do the pushup sit up routine. yay (not) :)

That would be great. What time of the day would you be coming and who would be coming? The reason is because (I still have to talk to my step Dad) we might be able to organize a barbecue and organize for Jordan to come to our place at the same time. (if it happens)

Yes Jo did say that but I think it will be very hard for every one to meet at the same time. :)

I am Happy at the moment because I just got news that my Dad might be coming to Manjimup for a Holiday. I am hopping that he will bring my sister Hannah. :)

Oh one more question. I might be joining Skype. If I join did you want to join and then I can talk to you and Jordan at the same time? (You can talk to a few people at the same time on there) I will have to what and see if I join though. (I have to ask my step Dad)

    Speak to you soon.

    Jayden :)

OK, can you change the settings so that only people that you let can watch it? If you can then I might try that, and no your not sounding pushy, I’m glad you told me. :)

Haha, well have fun with that! So when you finish doing the 4 weeks are you going to start over or just finish it?

We are going on a family holiday so it will be my Mum, Dad, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister. I think, if all goes to plan, we will be going through Manjimup just before midday, so that would work out great for a BBQ. I’m looking forward to meeting you and Jordan :)

That’s good news then. Hope you have a great time with your Dad. Is he visiting in the holidays?

Well my family has a Skype account and I use that all the time, so I will add you as a contact if you join :)

      Talk soon

Well as I said before with YouTube I can give you my log in details (I trust you) or if you prefer we could go in the classroom and we could share screens and I can log in to YouTube through your computer and then I can help you load it on.

Well here is the link to the four week plan: http://www.defencejobs.gov.au/lifestyleoffitness/pdf/Standard_Fitness%20Program%20Planner.pdf
And here is a link for a video which is what I am doing: (I’m not doing the obstacle course) :)
The push ups we have to do 50 the same for the sit ups. (That is no all that the same time. We have breaks) Then we go for 1.5km and 1.8km runs. Oh and we go for bike rides. Here is what you need to be able to do to get in the army (and other things):
    Navy:Male requirement: 15 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups (feet held), 6.1 Shuttle run score

    Army:Male requirement: 15 Push-ups, 45 Sit-ups, 7.5 Shuttle run score

    Air Force:Male requirement: 10 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups (feet held), 6.5 Shuttle run score

For applicants over the age of 55 the following standards will be required:
    Male requirement: 5 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups (feet held), 6.5 Shuttle run score

I will put it on YouTube if both Dad and her Mum agree. (There not together unfortunately.)

I was hoping one day that we could meet each other one day. (If that’s all right with you.)

Hope to hear from you soon :)

Well thanks heaps for the offer but I wont put it on YouTube. It really isn’t that good anyway. If you want to see it I can try sending it to you over emails, or I can put it on a disk and send it to you (if you want to that is).
Wow that looks like a bit of a work-out! What week are you up to?

Yes I was thinking and hoping the exact same thing. We are going to be going through Manjimup on the 5th of October and coming back a week later I think, so maybe we could work something out for then. Also didn’t Jo say something about her planning for us all to meet in Northam or Merridan or something?
      Anyway, hear from you soon,
      Brad

Not to bad thanks. We (the family) have all been pretty sick lately but other than that all is good. We went to a cowboy party in Perth the other day and I have put a video on the Music Stuff page of the songs that my friend, brother and I played. How have you been?

Well at the moment We have the flew. I a getting ready to do the first show. I have decided on a character name. Monkey Man. My uncle is going to be the camera man and I will probably do the editing. The first “show” is going to be up diamond tree.(I hate heights).
I have also been doing some army fitness training. By cricky they don’t got lightly on the push ups. The first week I was so sore I couldn’t do more then 2 push ups in a row. Tomorrow We have to do the fitness. Which should be fun.
The only other thing that I am doing at the moment is I am making a movie/slideshow about my sister Hannah that lives near Perth.

I was also hopping that when this TAFE course finishes that if we could keep in touch.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Oh, Great :( A lot of people seem to be sick at the moment. Well with a name like Monkey Man I’m guessing it won’t be long before you get used to heights :) I have just made a movie called Brad vs Wild which I might put on my blog except it is a massive file. We also made a few other movies the other day.
Haha, that sounds like it would be fun! What sort of training do you have to do and how many push ups? I read somewhere that to join the army you have to be able to do 30 or something like that. The air-force is good because you only have to be able to do 15 :)
Are you going to put the movie/slideshow on your blog?

Yes definitely we can keep in touch. That would be good.

Because my next thing is to eat it alive. (not that I am looking forward to the taste) I have just ordered a Bear Grylls flint and sharpener which I am hoping will come next week. Well my bike when I bought it did have egg shaped wheels but the sledge hammer fixed that LOL. Hear from you soon. :)

I glad I have finally got someone to eat a termite. :) When we got our stumps redone he had to tunnel in a certain section. It was awesome the other day we had a rally in town. It was only just down the road from were we live so we just walked down. There is one corner that they almost every time do a burnout. I went down there and one car tried to do a burnout but lost control. Then he did a doughnut and another car just about hit him because he came flying around the corner. We have some friends that know a team and got some hats and posters signed for us. Its a pity it is a girl team and that they have a pink car. I will do a post with a heap of pictures of the cars soon. :)

Sounds awesome! I think the closest thing to a rally that I have seen is a few years back when we went to the speedway here and watched a few races and then saw the demo derby that finishes off the racing season, which was cool! Haha, too bad about the car being pink, maybe you could scan the posters and photoshop it to blue or something? Looking forward to the post :) By the way, how big was the rally?

Hi Brad Yes the holiday was great. Here is a site that you can get more widgets: http://www.widgetbox.com/widgets/gallery/
I dont like the site because there is that many widgets it is to hard to choose what to put on my blog. How are you going with the reno?

    Reply

    • Brad on May 25th, 2012

Thanks for the site, you might see a few new widgets on my blog soon! The renovations are going pretty well (besides all the interruptions and things), we have only got one and a half more walls to redo, but then we have to crawl under the house and replace a stump that has rotted. The problem is that that part of the house is only about 30cm off the ground so it might be a bit hard. Other than that I can’t think of anything else that needs doing. I ate a termite the other day but I took your advice and bit it before it bit me :)

Thanks Jayden, you have been great to. Renovations are going pretty well. We got the corrugated steel for the walls 3 days ago and have pretty much finished most of the back wall. By the way, we had a few bits of timber that we had to replace because they were full of termites so if your hungry you can come to our place :)

Actually one of the songs that I want to record has the banjo and two guitars in it so I will probably play all three (not at the same time) :) Thanks, we’ve just ripped the back wall out yesterday so now we’re definitely committed!
