Hi All,
Typing up my learning plan was easy because I have already thought about what I want to do in the long term. The only problem I had was setting time scales to reach my goal. Reviewing my learning plan with Phil helped a lot as he told me what I was missing etc.

Having a driver’s licence and a reliable car gives you independance and opportunities. What types of vehicles do you plan to drive that need a HR licence? Bus?

Always so exciting to see people with goals making positive plans to reach them – I think you have developed very achievable goals for your licences.
